“There’s only so many bullets in the gun.” That expression alone has caused a lack of understanding that permeates throughout baseball.
The question that should be asked is, “Why are there many examples of pitchers who seem to have A LOT more bullets than their peers?”
A person or business that believes a solution to their problem doesn’t exist, rather than solve it will try and manage it. Enter arm care, conditioning and pitch count programs. Have these management tools increased or decreased injury rates?
OUR STORY
A solution was sought, one was found.
Legend4D’s 20+ years of R&D has led to finding the ‘Holy Grail’ of baseball…a solution to throwing related injuries.
Co-founder Bill Peterson, aka “The Pitcher Whisperer” has spent decades researching, experimenting, and documenting results of throwing a baseball. His belief that a solution to throwing injuries existed propelled him to eventually prove that in fact, you can throw high volume, with high velo, and remain healthy. There was only one problem…how do you bring this solution to the masses?
That’s where co-founder Rob Ellis came in to utilize both his business and tech background to innovate a wearable based solution to solve this problem at scale.
Together, these men are set on a path to forever improve the beloved game of baseball.
